Zeroboard Signs MOU with SENA Development for Partnership in Support of Decarbonization Management

Zeroboard, Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Michitaka Tokeiji), a developer and provider of Zeroboard, a cloud service to calculate and visualize GHG (Greenhouse gas) emissions, held a ceremony on November 13, 2023 for MOU of partnership on decarbonization with SENA Development PCL. (Bangkok, Managing Director : Dr. Kessara Thanyalakpark, hereinafter referred to as “SENA”), Thailand developer of residential and commercial property, including condominiums, townhouses, detached housing estates, live/work spaces and commercial property, with a subsidiary as a renewable energy solution provider.

SENA was originally incorporated in 1993 as Krungthep Keha Group Co., Ltd., later expanding into residential real estate development. In 2009, it was renamed SENA Development Public Co. Ltd. and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. All projects since 2017 have been equipped with solar panels and charging stations for electric vehicles. SENA also operates SENA Fest, a four-story community mall in Thonburi, and Pattaya Country Club and Resort golf course.

The two companies are set to enhance their current service through collaborative innovation, leveraging valuable existing products that encompass greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction solutions tailored for renewable energy projects, coupled with features promoting reduced energy consumption.

In this joint effort, SENA will integrate Zeroboard to calculate and visualize GHG emissions. This initiative aims to empower their organization not only to assess its carbon footprint but also to formulate comprehensive strategies for estimating and mitigating emissions. Moreover, SENA plans to extend this cutting-edge solution to its client network, contributing to Thailand’s overarching Net-Zero target. Simultaneously, Zeroboard will play a crucial role not only in GHG emission measurement but also in fostering sustainability initiatives within SENA. This collaboration underscores SENA’s dedication to becoming an enduring, trusted partner for its customers by prioritizing a sustainable society and environmental responsibility.

The two companies will deepen their cooperative relationship and support each other’s stakeholders to promote decarbonization management support throughout Thailand and contribute to reducing environmental impacts and climate change impacts toward Thailand’s goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
